The Lost Episodes

A lot of people think that Annie was planned, that the whole Fi leaving thing was the original story for So Weird. It wasn't. The third season was supposed to be Fi in hell, because Twin would've left off with the three-headed creature pushing her dad off the edge, into hell...Disney thought this was too dark, so the producers left the show...after that, the actress that played Fi (Cara DeLiza) left the show too... In this little entry, I'll find everything I can about season 3, and "The Lost Episode" and present it all right her...to you!--- " I just watched Strangeling again... I had completely forgot about Jack dressingup as a knight. This of course ties in with the original Season 3 storyline with Jack finding out he was a knight in a previous life... which would have explained why the dragon/strangeline was ''really'' afraid of Jack." "what happened was the exec producers(jon cooksey, larry sugar, ali marie matheson, alec griffeth, henry winkler, michelle davis) pitched their season 3 ideas, but Disney didn't like them.
In the original Season 3, Fi would continue her search for her father and the truth.
"Twin" would have ended with the 3-headed creature pushing Rick off the edge of the building, leaving Fi with more sadness
Then Season 3 would have lots of things. Jack would start having flashbacks to a castle(the one Fi was in in "Banshee"), and it turns out he would have been a knight in a previous life. Fi would contact Rebecca, and it turns out Rebecca KNEW the knight that Jack was, and she helped Fi and Jack figure out about the flashbacks.
Fi would get possesed by Bricriu, the Wisp, and Molly's brother, a priest, would have 2 exorcise her.
And like u said, the Wisp would have been a double agent, working for Evil and the N/X, but leaves Evil(the group that hates Fi) because they have no sense of humor.
Fi would meet an alien.
In the final episode, it would be a much bigger, better finale(in my opinion). Fi would have to fight Evil, something that Rick would have done, but they killed him first. She would then bring Rick back from the dead, for compensation for taking him before his time.Disney thought this was a little too-risky for a kid's channel (the exorcism, Fi going 2 hell in the last ep, etc), Fi/Cara and Jon/Ali mutually agreed to move onto other projects.

If disney didn't buy the show and some other company did, and they sticked w/ the original season 3 (w/ fi), the show would go on 'til it got cancelled in ep. 65, Fi would bring Rick back, no matter what. but if it did go on more than 65 eps, evil would come back and take rick again, and most of season 4 (or maybe later seasons) would take place in a totally different dimension, focusing on Fi searching for Rick."

"Chrysalis" took the place of "Avatar". "Twin" was always "Twin", but it originally had a different ending.

"Chrysalis" was the only So Weird episode Disney shot down the drain because it had to do with alcoholism, and they didn't want to do an "issues" show.

The original ending of "Twin" was much darker than what we saw, since Cara was supposed to come back for the 3rd season. It wouldn't have ended Fi's journey with a happy sighting with Rick, but a sad sighting, that led on the Fi's season 3." There's a site that has fanfiction of what the author thinks would happen in the third season if it had been with Fi here. Find the script I made for the outline below here " OK, here's the recap of "Chrysalis", based on the outline I received.

NOTE: This version is VERSION 2. In the original, Carey was the alcoholic.

==Teaser==

Images of snakes shedding skin, platypi emerging from eggs, and a chrysalis starting to shudder from the movement inside. JACK, not Fi, speaks about creatures in nature and their ability to transform. Then we see pics and video of the Phillips family, and Jack says metamorphoses aren't reserved exclusively for the animal kingdom...

==ACT ONE==

We open in a church at a recovery meeting for alcoholics. Molly is there. She expresses gratitude at being able to come to one of these meetings again...

At the Phillips house, Jack is on the phone with Fi, who's in New York with their aunt. Jack's "less than thrilled" to hear about the strange sounds Fi's been hearing coming from Rachel's drain. He tells her to take a break from all the weird stuff and have a normal week.

Carey stops by and invites Jack to come along with him to meet up with an old frat brother. Jack somehow convinces Molly to let him go, saying it will give him a taste of college life. As they leave, Molly looks 'melancholy'. Irene asks whats the matter, and Molly says the kids are getting to that age where they tell her less and less. Irene laughs and says that considering the things they did when they were teenagers, secrets aren't a bad thing.

CUT TO: College. Jack's impressed by what he sees (what a geek, lol). He can't believe Carey gave all this up. They meet up with Drew, Carey's frat brother. He's obviously extremely tan, and Carey asks why - it's April. Drew explains he just back from Brazil, and starts to mention strange creatures before trailing off. Drew shows them around and plays a perfect host, and treats Jack like a peer. Jack notices how Carey seems to really look up to Drew - he's never seen this side of him before. Drew says they have to stay for dinner and Carey assures Jack that Drew could talk Molly into it - he's got "charm". Sure enough, Drew manages it. Jack is so excited he probably craps his pants.

Back at home, Molly is bored with both her kids away. She wanders around in Fi's room, tidying things and looking at photos and all of her strange and bizzare stuff. She sits down at the laptop and is gleeful she can work the damn thing. He's checks her email and finds an email for her - it's from Rebecca.

Irene appears at the door, startling Molly. Molly tells her the boys are staying with Drew for dinner. Irene's okay with it, Drew's a great guy, she says. Irene sees the sender of the email. Is that the Rebecca from Molly's past? Irene wonders if Rebecca's heard Molly's song about her. Molly thinks so...that girl back in Milwaukee made it apparent she's been tracking Molly over the years. Irene asks what do you say to someone who hurt you like that. Molly: "I guess I'll start with 'ouch'."

At Drew's room, the guys have finished dinner. Jack is still permanantly impressed - this time at Drew's collected artifacts. Drew says the real prize was some homemade "lemonade"...he pulls out a bottle of strange tequila. Jack is uncomfortable around the alcohol and thinks the worm in the bottom looks strange.
Drew offers them a drink but they refuse. Drew shrugs and drinks it himself. Jack gives Carey a look that says "What the hell are we doing here?"

A short while later Drew's totally wasted. He has one more gulp left. He offers it again to Jack, but he says no. Drew swallows it and makes a face - that tasted nasty. Carey announces they're leaving but Drew objects and tries to stop them, but he's so plastered he runs straight into a lamp and knocks it over. Jack bends to right the lamp and sees something odd - Drew's skin quickly goes through all of the colors of the rainbow. Jack blinks - but he's normal now. Drew asks them to stay but they leave.

At home, Molly struggles with the reply to Rebecca's email. All she has is "Dear Rebecca". Jack comes in and looks upset. The wuss. He tells Molly about what happened (what kind of teenager is he?!), except for the worm moving and the rainbow skin. Molly sees that Jack is disturbed - he's never been around any heavy drinking before. Jack counters her - he HAS - hers. Molly is confused. Jack remembers that? Molly apologizes that he had to experience that and asks him why he hasn't told her. He's not sure. But he's angry. Why does she still go to those meetings? etc. Molly tells him it's not that easy. Jack gets up and leaves, frustrated.

That night in Drew's room, he's obviously not well. He lies passed out on the couch. Another wave of color passes over him and we see something moving in his stomach...

==ACT TWO==

Breakfast. Carey comes by and asks Jack to return with him to see Drew - the guy's sick. Jack is reluctant but gives in. Molly lets him go.

In Drew's room, Jack and Carey look around. Food is everywhere - he's been pigging out. Jack sees another color ripple and thinks he sees Drew's stomach move. Drew tells them that stuff must have made him sick.

At home, Molly writes Rebecca a heartfelt email, about all of her feelings, her pain, her alcoholism, her marriage, everything. Over this is a montage of photos, vids, etc.

The guys search the alley for the bottle that Drew drak from. They find it but it's in Portugese. They see it was bottled in Belem, Brazil. Carey sees it as a dead end but Jack doesn't. In Drew's room, Jack does research and comes up with a hospital name after finding a story about a guy who was admitted after swallowing a worm. Meanwhile, Carey talks about Drew's battle with alchoholism and we get the Disney-ish drinking is terrible stuff.

Jack calls the hospital and finds a nurse who speaks English. He asks her about the case of the worm - the nurse does, and several others like it. Jack asks what was wrong with them. The nurse doesn't know. Why not? They all ran out and escaped into the jungle. Their bodies were found later - all dead. Their bodies burst open, guts everywhere. (Too bad we couldn't see that on HBO.) Jack goes pale and hangs up and calls 911. Drew freaks out...he can't go to the hospital. He's on probation and he'll get in serious trouble for drinking again. He tries to escape out the window. They stop him. Carey gets freaked out when Drew's skin ripples. They watch in disbelief as his stomach bulges and dips (hey! like a waterbed). Drew's pretty freaked out too.

Jack remembers the worm and knows what's going on. They put Drew on the floor. They push on Drew's stomach, getting the contents towards Drew's throat. Suddenly Drew's stomach clenches. Then his mouth opens and something begins to emerge...a giant, beautiful moth-like creature. In a "huge climax" it flies around around soom, before leaving out of the window and heading South.

At home Molly is writing "Origami" when an email comes. It's Rebecca. Rebecca is happy that Molly replied and that she opened up that way, and says she's proud of her, etc. Molly gets a phone call from Jack, who asks her to talk to someone for him.

Jack and Carey introduce Molly to Drew. They have something in common. Molly tells him they ca talks about it. Jack leaves, and turns to see Drew and Molly together. He nods (for some reason) and walks off.
