Welcome to the Chip'N'Dale's Rescue Rangers section of SaveDisneyShows.org!

Chip'N'Dale's Rescue Rangers (CDRR for short) was one of the classic components of the Disney Afternoon. It had it's 65 episodes, went through the whole syndication lifecycle, had some reruns, made some money, and now it's time is past. It's all used up, so the world should just throw it away.

Right?

Wrong! The truth is, CDRR has endured now for fifteen years, and still holds fans. The truth is, the characters are still viable and, im my opinion, actually of uncommon worth and depth compared to most of what's on T.V. now. I find the majority of programming to be not worth watching, and as a result I only rarely watch any T.V. at all these days... But CDRR is one of the few exceptions I make.

Or would, anyway, if it was still on the air. At this point I'm pretty much down to watching episodes I've managed to catch on tape. That, I think, is a shame - no airtime means no exposure to a new audience, no spreading the value of the show to people who haven't yet had the luck to be exposed.

Is it really important that that happen, though? Well, I asked some fellow fans of the show to address this question, and the answer seems to be a resounding "yes". CDRR has impacted many people in many ways. A small showing of some of these can be read here:

The Importance of CDRR

In addition to this, I've also compiled some pages about the show that will give those who are less familiar with it some background knowledge on this fascinating series:

About the show - Some information about the show itself.
Episode guide - An episode guide for Chip'N'Dales Rescue Rangers. Just finished it!
Links - Other places on the web (and trust me, there are some great ones out there - this series has some serious fan devotion) to find information / fanwork on CDRR.
